In this leadership position you will work collaboratively with the General Manager to ensure the plant is operating at maximum capacity and efficiency. You will develop plans for efficient machine operation, review production costs and product quality, develop staff in line with performance and work closely with quality teams to ensure products meet the correct standards.
This is a highly varied and technically challenging position that will suit someone with aspirations for career growth, with proven experience leading teams of people through effective manufacturing operations.
- Lead a variety of engineering and manufacturing teams to produce world leading products
- Review manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and deliver solutions to enhance to the operation
- Develop staff in line with plant performance and to meet product quality and standards
- Direct progression route to more senior management positions on offer, along with a great company package
